Apartment Family:we expanded our apartman with a newly built apartman with 2 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom with double taps, inbuilt shower and a confortable kitchen with dining room.

Apartment Lux: Starting in 2019, we opened our apartment called Lux, which is 60 m2, The bedrooms of the apartment have a double bed of 180, with An American kitchen-dining room-living room. In addition, a spacious double washbasin with built-in shower and separate toilet, as well as a large (15m2) covered private terrace ensure the comfortable relaxation of our guests. Dear Guests!
We do everything we can to make your vacation enjoyable and smooth. That is why I ask you to take note of and comply with the following:
1. Check in (03 p.m.) - Check out (10 a.m.) information: The apartments can be handed over on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m onwards. Please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone if you intend to arrive earlier. Check out on the day of departure should be done by 10 a.m. On the day of departure, the guest must leave the apartment together with their luggage and belongings by 10:00 a.m. and return the key(s) received upon check-in in the manner agreed upon upon check-in. If required, the operator is present on site. The guest is obliged to settle the consideration for the stay at check-in in the manner specified in the booking confirmation. In case of departure without payment, the operator will enforce the claim against the guest by legal means in addition, a police report, the costs of which will be borne by the guest.
2. Room key: Upon registration, guests receive a gate and apartment key, which requires the accurate filling out of the application form (traditional or digital). If the key is lost, a compensation amount (HUF 3,000) will be charged upon departure.
3. Visitors: Only registered guests may stay in the apartments and other common areas of the apartment building! Children under the age of 14 can only stay in the guest house under the continuous supervision of their parents or another person authorized by them. The child's attendants are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by the child. Guests under the age of 14 may use the services of our guest houses only when accompanied by a parent or other competent person entrusted by them. Outdoor climbing frames, swings and slides can only be used at your own risk!
4. Security: In order to preserve your valuables, please keep your apartment room locked at all times. In case of fire, the guest must call 112 immediately. It is forbidden to operate brought irons, kettles, coffee makers and other electrical appliances that are not part of the usual travel needs in the houses.
5. Fire protection: Damage caused by fires caused by the guest's carelessness and the cost of alarms are the responsibility of the guest. In the event of a fire alarm caused by carelessness, the guest must reimburse the cost of the fire alarm.
6. Things that cannot be brought into the area of the apartment building:Items classified as corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances in the currently deemed illegal , substances classified as flammable and/or explosive, fireworks, firecrackers and the like, , waste, things harmful to the environment or health and psychotropic substances may not be brought into the area of the apartment building. If the guest brings something that cannot be brought into the guest house without the operator's prior written permission, the operator can remove it or have it removed at the guest's expense. The operator excludes responsibility for damage caused by things brought in without permission. The guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for all damage and injury caused by things brought in without permission to other guests, third parties or the operator.
7. Individual electrical devices: The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their own electrical device, and the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
8. Guests arriving with a dog: We ask guests arriving with a dog to comply with the rules: The pet keeper is obliged to ensure that the dog cannot enter the common area without supervision. The pet owner is responsible for the damage caused by the dog (both in the garden and in the house). The pet owner is obliged to keep their dog in such a way that it does not disturb the tranquillity of the neighbours, does not cause material damage, does not endanger anyone physically. The pet keeper is obliged to ensure that the dog does not defecate in the guest house's garden. The pet owner must ensure the immediate removal of the excrement caused by the dog.
9. Borrowed tools: (kettle, garden grill, badminton set...) The guest must use borrowed or rented tools as intended, the guest is responsible for any damage resulting from improper use.

The guest is obliged to return the device to the operator in a clean condition, including its accessories, at the time of receipt. If the return of the rented device fails for reasons attributable to the guest, or the device is in an unusable state upon return, the guest/tenant is obliged to reimburse the operator for the full value of the device.
10. Smoking: The apartments are non-smoking. According to this, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the closed rooms of the apartment building (including the shower), in its communal areas, and in the entire open area of the apartment building - with the exception of designated smoking areas.
11. Neighbours’ tranquillity: For the sake of the neighbours’ tranquillity, after 10:00 p.m. it is forbidden to make loud noises, play music, engage in noisy activities, create sound effects, watch television, radio, etc. at a disturbing volume in the room. In the area of the apartment building, regardless of the time, any conduct or behaviour that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of others is prohibited; is or may be considered harassment, capable of intimidating others. The operator has the right to warn disruptive and/or loud guests. The operator is entitled to immediately expel the guest from the apartment building without any obligation to repay and/or compensate. The operator excludes responsibility for any harm caused to other guests by the guest's behaviour.
12. Ethics of the apartment house: The guest is obliged to use the tools and equipment of the apartment house as intended. The guest is obliged to compensate the damage resulting from improper use at the request of the operator, but at the latest before departure.
Any rearrangement of the apartment building or relocation of furniture may only be carried out by the operator or their designated representative.
Taking any belongings from the apartment building without the prior written permission of the operator is considered a crime, and in this case the operator will take the necessary criminal and civil legal steps.
The guest must notify the operator of the failure of any device, equipment, or equipment of the apartment building. The guest is not entitled to repair the error themselves or to attempt to correct it. The operator excludes liability for resulting damages.
13. WIFI: The apartment houses have a WIFI system, the use of which is free of charge. The guest receives the Wi-Fi connection password upon check-in, at the same time as receiving the keys. The operator does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the WIFI. The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the guest's device or its contents during or as a result of the use of WIFI. The guest uses the service at their own risk and responsibility.
14. Parking: The guest house has a parking lot. Please do not park on the street if possible.
15. Liability of the apartment house for damages: The operator is not responsible for any damage caused to the guest's belongings brought into the apartment house. The guest uses the equipment and other services of the apartment building as intended, with the awareness and knowledge of their own health, physical and mental state, and therefore assumes responsibility for damages resulting from improper use or use that is not in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental state of the guest. The operator excluded from any responsibility. The guest can use the outdoor playground of the apartment building at his own risk!
16. Error reporting: We ask our guests to report any kind of malfunction experienced in the apartment building to the operator immediately.
17. Damages: The guest will reimburse the damage caused due to negligence or on purpose to the operator.
18. Cleaning: once a week with change of bed linen and towels. If required, daily cleaning can be requested for an extra charge of 5 euros/occasion (without bed linen change).
19. Transfer: On request, we can provide a transfer between the accommodation train/bus station. Please notify the operator in advance.
